Cancellation Policy

Should you require your flight to be cancelled or changed please notify Corsaire Aviation immediately. Flights cancelled between 24-48 hours hours prior to departure will be liable for 75% of the quoted charter price. Flights cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure will be liable for 100% of the quoted charter price. Flights needing to be rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to departure will incur a $50 fee. Corsaire Aviation maintain the highest level of safety and passenger comfort. Cancellations due weather are 100% at the discretion of the Pilot in Command of the flight. Flights cancelled by Corsaire Aviation due to weather will be rescheduled for a suitable time for both parties, if rescheduling is not an option, the amount paid will be credited to the client in the form of a voucher. If the pilot deems the weather suitable for the flight to take place, and the client decides to cancel the flight against the pilots advice, the flight will be non-refundable and the client will forfeit their flight.
